cd: Change directory. Use it to navigate between directories. For example, cd /home/user/Documents will take you to the "Documents" directory.
rm: Remove files or directories. Be careful with this one, as it permanently deletes files. For example, rm file.txt will delete the file named "file.txt".
rmdir: Remove empty directories. Similar to rm, but specifically for directories that are empty.
chmod: Change file permissions. Use it to change the permissions of a file or directory. For example, chmod 755 script.sh will give read, write, and execute permissions to the owner, and read and execute permissions to the group and others.
grep: Search for patterns in files. It's very handy for finding specific text within files. For example, grep "keyword" file.txt will search for the word "keyword" in the file "file.txt".
sudo: Execute a command as the superuser or another user. It's used to perform administrative tasks. For example, sudo apt-get update will update the package lists on Ubuntu-based systems.
find: Search for files and directories. It's useful for finding files based on various criteria such as name, size, or permissions. For example, find /home/user -name "*.txt" will find all files with a ".txt" extension in the "/home/user" directory.
These are just a few examples, but there are many more commands and options available in Linux. Keep exploring, and let me know if you have any specific questions or if there's anything else you'd like to learn!
